Use the skip-to-content link to move past the main navigation. Headings organise long pages, advice guides include in-page contents and expandable questions work with the keyboard. Visible focus outlines identify links and controls.
The layout adapts to smaller screens, text can be enlarged and reduced-motion preferences are respected. Tables can scroll within their own area when required.
Forms and interactions
Form fields have visible labels, required information is checked before a draft is prepared and feedback is provided in the page. No enquiry is sent automatically. Coverage search and advice filters update the visible result count.
